Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings ascribed to them below. Defined terms appear in title case throughout this document.

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use the Platform in any capacity. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. sm608 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Where age cannot be confirmed, sm608 will suspend the relevant Account pending verification.

2.2 Residency. The Platform is primarily intended for use by residents of Indonesia. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable to you in your jurisdiction. If access to online gaming services is prohibited in your location, you must not use the Platform.

2.3 Exclusions. The following persons are not eligible to hold an Account or use the Platform:

• Persons under 21 years of age;
• Persons who have self-excluded from the Platform or from any other gaming platform under a self-exclusion programme;
• Employees, directors, officers, agents, or contractors of sm608 or any of its affiliated companies, and the immediate family members of such individuals;
• Persons acting on behalf of any of the above categories.

2.4 Compliance Responsibility. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform is lawful under the laws of your jurisdiction. sm608 accepts no liability for any consequences arising from a Player's use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use is prohibited or restricted.

3.1 Registration Process. To access real-money gaming features on the Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid contact email address and mobile number.

3.2 Accuracy of Information. You warrant that all information provided during registration, and at any subsequent time, is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. You must promptly update your Account details if any information changes. sm608 reserves the right to suspend Accounts where inaccurate information is detected or suspected.

3.3 One Account Policy. Each Player may register and maintain only one Account. The operation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, sm608 will close all but one Account (at its sole discretion), cancel any associated Bonus Balances, and may permanently ban the Player from the Platform.

3.4 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account with any third party. All activities conducted through your Account are your sole responsibility. Notify sm608 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

3.5 KYC Verification. sm608 may require you to complete KYC verification at any stage — including at registration, prior to first withdrawal, or at any point thereafter. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), a current passport, and a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your registered address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by sm608 may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.

4.1 Accepted Methods. sm608 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). sm608 does not impose fees on standard deposits or withdrawals via these channels.

4.2 Deposit Requirements. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. sm608 reserves the right to reject deposits from third-party payment sources and to return such funds to their originating account.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. Standard withdrawals to Indonesian bank accounts are typically processed within five business minutes during WIB banking hours. E-wallet withdrawals to OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are typically processed within sixty seconds of approval. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or in cases where additional verification is required.

4.4 Withdrawal Limits. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are set by sm608 and displayed within your Account dashboard. sm608 reserves the right to adjust these limits, and to conduct additional verification for withdrawals that exceed defined thresholds, at its sole discretion.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. All transactions on the Platform are subject to sm608's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Financing of Terrorism (CFT) policies. sm608 may request documentary evidence of the source of funds deposited into a Player's Account. Players must not use the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other unlawful financial activity. sm608 will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities as required by applicable international regulations.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives offered by sm608 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the point of offer. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier and eligible games are stated in each individual promotion. Wagering contributions vary by game type; for example, slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager toward the requirement, while live casino games and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage as specified per promotion.

5.3 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses are subject to an expiry period, after which any unreleased bonus balance will be forfeited. The expiry period for each bonus is stated in the respective promotional terms. sm608 is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry.

5.4 Bonus Abuse. sm608 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or recover bonus funds and any associated winnings in cases where it has reasonable grounds to believe a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim offers more than once; using strategies designed to exploit bonus terms with a statistically low risk; coordinating with other players to systematically withdraw bonus funds; and providing false information to qualify for a promotion.

5.5 Eligibility. Promotional offers are subject to eligibility criteria, which may include minimum deposit amounts, specific game types, and Player account status. sm608 reserves the right to exclude any Player from a promotion without prior notice where sm608 determines, in its sole discretion, that eligibility criteria have not been met.

6.1 Game Availability. sm608 offers a range of gaming products including live casino tables (powered by Evolution Gaming and other certified studios), slot games (from providers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Pocket Games Soft), sportsbook markets, Scratch Card, and Crash Game (powered by Spribe and compatible studios). Game availability may vary and is subject to change without notice.

6.2 Sportsbook Rules. All sportsbook wagers, including pre-match and in-play bets, mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets, and voor bola (Asian handicap line) markets, are governed by sm608's Sportsbook Rules, which are available within the Sportsbook section of the Platform. In the event of a technical failure during a sporting event, sm608 reserves the right to void affected bets and return the relevant stakes to Players' Accounts.

6.3 Minimum & Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets. These are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and are subject to change at sm608's discretion. sm608 reserves the right to impose individual bet limits on a Player's Account at any time.

6.4 Malfunction Policy. In the event of any technical malfunction, including but not limited to game software errors, connectivity failures, or data transmission interruptions, sm608 reserves the right to void any affected game rounds or bets and return the corresponding stakes to the Player's Account. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" — this principle applies across all game types on the Platform.

6.5 Fairness & RNG. All virtual game outcomes on the sm608 Platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently tested and audited by recognised third-party laboratories. The sm608 Platform is committed to Provably Fair gaming standards, and RTP (Return to Player) percentages for all certified slot titles are available from the respective game providers.

7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sm608 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Balance, and reporting to relevant law-enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment methods for deposits;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal financial activity;
• Attempting to access, exploit, or interfere with the Platform's software, servers, or data in any unauthorised manner;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other Players in live casino games or sportsbook markets to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain a financial advantage — any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, result manipulation, or insider betting;
• Operating a commercial betting syndicate through a personal Account;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing sm608 staff or other Players via any communication channel.

8.1 All content on the sm608 Platform — including but not limited to the sm608 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and any associated trademarks — is the intellectual property of sm608 or its licensors and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

8.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

8.3 Any unauthorised use of sm608's intellectual property — including scraping, framing, or mirroring of Platform content — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

9.1 sm608 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

9.2 sm608 may share Player data with regulatory authorities, law-enforcement agencies, and licensed third-party service providers (including payment processors and identity verification services) as necessary to operate the Platform lawfully and securely.

9.3 sm608 implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect Player data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. For full details of how your data is used and protected, please review the Privacy Policy.

10.1 The sm608 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sm608 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation, availability, accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the Platform or its content.

10.2 sm608 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage — including lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption — arising from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Platform;
• Any unauthorised access to or use of our servers or any personal information stored thereon;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any part thereof;
• Any bugs, viruses, or malicious code transmitted through the Platform by any third party;
• Errors or inaccuracies in any Platform content;
• Any losses sustained as a result of gaming activity conducted on the Platform.

10.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit sm608's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10.4 You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose all funds deposited into your Account. sm608 is not responsible for any gambling losses incurred. You must not gamble with funds you cannot afford to lose.

11.1 Closure by Player. You may close your Account at any time by contacting sm608 support via live chat or email. Prior to closure, any real-money Balance remaining in the Account will be returned to your designated withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements.

11.2 Suspension or Termination by sm608. sm608 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use is prohibited;
• Provision of false or misleading information;
• Any conduct that sm608 determines, in its sole discretion, to be harmful to the Platform, its users, or sm608's business interests.

11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon closure or termination of an Account for cause, sm608 may forfeit any Bonus Balance and associated winnings. Any real-money Balance above the deposited amount may be subject to review prior to release. sm608 will notify the Player of the reason for termination where it is legally permissible to do so.

12.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sm608 holds its primary international gaming licence.

12.2 Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably through sm608's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

12.3 sm608's internal complaints process requires that Players first submit a formal written complaint to [email protected]. sm608 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days. If the Player is not satisfied with sm608's response, the matter may be escalated to arbitration as described above.

13.1 sm608 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or a prominent on-Platform notification at least 7 calendar days before the changes take effect, unless a shorter notice period is required by applicable law or regulation.

13.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the amendment.

13.3 The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised each time these Terms & Conditions are materially amended. We recommend that you review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.
